ELECTROSTATIC PROPERTIES

Fabric with Anti-Static fiber has excellent durable anti-static function. Electrostatic dissipative protective clothing used as part of a total earthed system, to avoid incendiary discharges. 

FLAME & HEAT RESISTANCE 

Inferently flame resistant fiber blended fabric or fabric with FR treatment, sewn with FR / Heat resistant exposure trims, to limit flame spread, complete protection against exposure to heat and/or flame. 

ARC PROTECTION

FR Clothing has good flame resistant and heat resistant function, with at least ATPV 5 cal/cm². It is windely used in Electrician and electronic industry, protect workers exposed to electric arcs.  

Protecting what matters most 

​FR T-Shirt / Henley / Polo Shirt stylings have comfortable fit and handfeel, in fabric weight from 190gsm to 280gsm, for HRC 1 or HRC 2. There are various fabric options : 

 (1) Aramid blended Jersey, Interlock or Rib knit. Garments can be custom made to meet EN ISO11612, EN ISO14116, EN1149, EN13688, CGSB155.20, NFPA2112, ASTM F1506, NFPA70E;  

 (2) Modacrylic blended Jersey, Interlock, Pique or Rib knit. Garments can be custom made to meet EN ISO11612, EN ISO14116, EN1149, EN13688, ASTM F1506, NFPA70E;

 (3) FR Cotton Jersey, Interlock or Rib knit. Garments can be custom made to meet CGSB155.20, NFPA2112, ASTM F1506, NFPA70E. 

For garments designed striping with reflecitve tape for ANSI/ISEA 107, CAN/CSA Z96 or EN ISO20471, the refletive tape is chosen with superior retrorefletive performance, good flame resistant and long lasting durability. 

Garments assembled with Aramid sewing thread and Heat resistant FR buttons.   

​FR Sweatshirt, Jacket & Pant stylings have relax fit and comfortable handfeel, in fabric weight from 280gsm to 360gsm, for HRC 2. There are various fabric options : 

 (1) Aramid blended Interlock & fleece. Garments can be custom made to meet EN ISO11612, EN ISO14116, EN1149, EN13688, CGSB155.20, NFPA2112, ASTM F1506, NFPA70E;  

 (2) Modacrylic blended Interlock & fleece. Garments can be custom made to meet EN ISO11612, EN ISO14116, EN1149, EN13688, ASTM F1506, NFPA70E;

 (3) FR Cotton Interlock, Pile knit & fleece. Garments can be custom made to meet CGSB155.20, NFPA2112, ASTM F1506, NFPA70E.
