ELECTROSTATIC PROPERTIES
Fabric with Anti-Static fiber has excellent durable anti-static function. Electrostatic dissipative protective clothing used as part of a total earthed system, to avoid incendiary discharges.
FLAME & HEAT RESISTANCE
Inferently flame resistant fiber blended fabric or fabric with FR treatment, sewn with FR / Heat resistant exposure trims, to limit flame spread, complete protection against exposure to heat and/or flame.
HIGH VISIBILITY
High visibility clothing is capable of visually signalling the user's presence. It provides conspicuity of the wearer in all lighting conditions and against complex environmental backgrounds, improve the safety of the wearers.
ARC PROTECTION
FR Clothing has good flame resistant and heat resistant function, with at least ATPV 5 cal/cm². It is windely used in Electrician and electronic industry, protect workers exposed to electric arcs.
FR Hi-Vis T Shirt / Henley / Polo Shirt stylings have comfortable fit and handfeel with Modacrylic blended knitting fabric. Garments can be made in shell fabric options of Jersey, Interlock & Pique, in fabric weight from 190gsm to 280gsm, for HRC 1 or HRC 2.
For garments designed striping with reflecitve tape for ANSI or EN ISO20471 Class 2 or 3, the refletive tape is chosen with superior retrorefletive performance, good flame resistant and long lasting durability.
Garments assembled with Aramid sewing thread, Heat resistant FR buttons.
Garments can be custom made in different stylings with different kinds of FR knitting fabric, to meet standard EN ISO11612, EN ISO14116, EN1149, EN 13688, ASTM F1506, NFPA 70E, at the same time to meet EN ISO20471, ANSI/ISEA 107, CAN/CSA Z96, AS/NZS 1906.4, AS/NZS 4602.1.
FR Hi-Vis Sweatshirt / Jacket / Pant stylings have relax fit, soft handfeel in Modacrylic blended knitting fabric. Garments can be made in shell fabric options of Interlock & Fleece (single side or double side brushed), in fabric weight from 280gsm to 360gsm, for HRC 2.
For garments designed striping with reflecitve tape for ANSI or EN ISO20471 Class 2 or 3, the refletive tape is chosen with superior retrorefletive performance, good flame resistant and long lasting durability.
Garments assembled with flame resistant and heat resistant trims like Aramid sewing thread, FR Drawcord, FR Elastic, FR Zipper...etc.
Garments can be custom made in different stylings with different kinds of FR knitting fabric, to meet standard EN ISO11612, EN ISO14116, EN1149, EN 13688, ASTM F1506, NFPA 70E, at the same time to meet EN ISO20471, ANSI/ISEA 107, CAN/CSA Z96, AS/NZS 1906.4, AS/NZS 4602.1.
FR Hi-Vis Safety Vest made in (1) FR Polyester tricot with anti-static, color in Hi-Vis Yellow & Hi-Vis Orange, in fabric weight from 100gsm to 150gsm. Garments meet standard EN ISO14116, EN1149, EN13688. (2) Modacrylic blended jersey / interlock, color in Hi-Vis Yellow, in fabric weight from 190gsm to 250gsm. Garments meet standard EN ISO11612, EN ISO14116, EN1149, EN13688, ASTM F1506t, NFPA70E.
For garments designed striping with reflecitve tape for ANSI or EN ISO20471 Class 2 or 3, the refletive tape is chosen with retrorefletive performance and flame resistant.
Garments assembled with FR sewing thread & FR velcro.
Besides the FR standards as listed above, at the same time the garments meet EN ISO20471, ANSI/ISEA 107, CAN/CSA Z96, AS/NZS 1906.4, AS/NZS 4602.1.
